Alright, it’s about time the world heard about this. I honestly can’t take credit for this recipe but I’m going to post it anyways because a) the person who created this probably doesn’t follow me and b) I changed the recipe a bit.

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees

Ingredients:

- Can of Frosting (I like vanilla)

- Tube of chocolate chip cookie dough. Toll House is the best.

- Deep dish frozen pie crust

- Cake mix (You’re a monster if you buy anything other than the Funfetti kind)

Take the cookie dough, place in a bowl and throw it in the microwave for 20 seconds or so to soften it up. Spread the cookie dough (all of it!) on the bottom of the pie crust. Put the crust and dough in the oven for about ten minutes. You want the cookie dough to get a head start on the cooking.

While the crust is baking, mix the cake batter. Pull the crust out of the oven and pour as much of the batter in as you can without having it overflow. There’s going to be some left over, but don’t panic! Just make some cupcakes, jerk. Now this is the tricky part. I put the whole thing back into the oven for an hour, but it’s rarely done by that time. If it’s still gooey in the center, put it in for 10 minute intervals until the toothpick comes out clean.

After everything has set and cooled, spread the whole motherfucking can of frosting on top of that son of a bitch and dig in. Enjoy, you pig.

I went to Connecticut to visit Alec last friday. We drove to the Mohegan Sun by his house and caught a free They Might Be Giants show. They performed all of their album FLOOD plus a few extras. Long story short, I can die happy now.
